Hi guys! I love smoothies but I am so boring with them. I use avocados as my smoothie base 99% of the time. Today, I decided to break out of my mould and use some different ingredients from my norm.

1 beetroot
1 large mango (560 g)
125 g raspberries
100 ml oat milk (or any milk of your choice)
Water (can’t remember how much)

Although it is a bit seedy (from the raspberries) and does look a bit like tomato juice, it is quite delicious and nutrient-packed!
Do you have any smoothie recipes I can try?

  1. I would really like to get into smoothies. Some morning I wake up motivated but NEPA dampens the mood. It would be good to experiment with all sorts, sorry don’t have any recipes.

      1. Mornings are usually when I am motivated to have them. After that I just want something warm or hot but I am sure, If I am determined enough, I will get into the habit.

        1. If you eat a lot of fruits, then you probably don’t need to take smoothies. If you don’t (like me), they are a good way to get my fruits for the day.
