Yesterday, I was telling you guys about my search for school lunch-friendly recipes. So, I tried two new ones and two of my kids loved them: ‘Yamarita’ and Banana & Bacon French Toast Soldiers. They took the ‘yamaritas’ to school today and came home with empty lunch bowls!!

Yamarita is egg-coated fried yams, just in case you didn’t know.

Will post the recipes as soon as I have the time.
