I want to be serious with my ab exercises.
After 3 kids and with our Nigerian carb-rich food, I focus a lot on my abs.
I also have 3 kids and I have slowly reduced my carbs but I think ab exercises will do for me.
I have just 2kids but need to work on my tummy. You have encouraged me.
