This is a workout channel I haven’t used before. I was short on time and I searched for tabata on YouTube. This popped up. There is a warm-up, 2 tabata circuits and a cool-down. Each circuit has 8 rounds of 20 seconds active work with 10 second rest in between.
– Low to Moderate Intensity. There are also beginner, intermediate and advanced variations of each move.
– Push-ups ✔
– Squat jumps ✔
– Etc 🙂
